Administration and Finance Management

The Administration and Finance Management is in charge of providing the necessary resources for the operation of the different agencies of the Institution.

Economic Studies Management

The Economic Studies Management is in charge of providing technical support and sector information to INDECOPI’s resolving agencies.

Legal Management

Its main function is to deliver legal advisory services to all the institute’s agencies, especially to those that make up INDECOPI’s Top Management.

Regional Office Management

The Regional Office Management is in charge of planning, organizing, directing, managing and supervising services rendered by INDECOPI in the different regions of the country.

Information Technology Management

The Information Technology Management is responsible for preparing, executing and assessing regulatory policies for information security. It also plans, coordinates and supervises data processing and registration systems in all INDECOPI’s areas.

Communications and International Relations Office

The Communication and International Relations Office is in charge of designing and implementing communication and dissemination strategies, preparing projects, as well as coordinating with international entities and negotiating trade agreements that can have impact on INDECOPI’s competence and copyright policies.
