National Accreditation System (SNA)

The National Accreditation Service is the National Accreditation Agency and as such, it is responsible for the acknowledgement of technical competence of conformity evaluating agencies in all sectors, according to international rules and guidelines, World Trade Organization regulations, free trade agreements and the corresponding supranational and national regulations.

National Metrology System (SNM)

The National Metrology Service is responsible for safeguarding, protecting and maintaining the national measurement unit standards.

Citizen Service (SAC)

Citizen Service is responsible for channeling and integrating the services of functional and administrative areas, providing information on procedures and requirements for accessing services provided by all INDECOPI areas and resolving consumption controversies through conciliations, by means of the delegation of functions on the part of the Consumer Protection Commission.
