This is based on a quality management system committed to continuous improvement, with the purpose of providing timely, predictable and reliable services within the established legal framework in order to contribute to everyone’s well-being. Our human team, made up by upright, qualified, independent, service-oriented staff, makes all this possible.
INDECOPI’s Quality Management System is currently certified for managing processes of 29 services provided at the principal office as well as at its 10 of its regional offices.
Institutional efforts for achieving continuous improvement of processes and client satisfaction were formalized in 2000 with the initial certification of the Quality Management System, which was renewed in 2003 and 2006. In september 2009, INDECOPI again obtained the renewal of the Certification of its ISO 9001:2000 Management System, given by the English company Lloyd´s Register Quality Assurance Ltd.
