Scope of INDECOPI’s certification

At present, INDECOPI is one of the few entities of the Peruvian public sector and the Latin American region that has managed to keep and renew its ISO 9001 Certification since 2000.

This achievement is based on the effort of the human team committed with INDECOPI’s quality policy, mission and vision to provide clients with a good service based on continuous improvement.

Certification obtained includes INDECOPI’s management processes for the following services:

Standardization and Non-tariff Barriers Surveillance Commission. Approval of Peruvian Standards.
Insolvency Procedures Commission. (principal office and 6 regional offices). Ordinary insolvency procedure.
